focused on learning wands, but learned shapeshift (perfected it) and got this message:

You are focusing your skill learning on wands.
You have learned 4% of your shapeshift ability.
You can learn no more about shapeshift through level gains.
You should refocus your skill learning.

Btw, out of 40 level-ups, I've got it working only twice I think. Probaly skill learn must be a bt more effective than that.
