I am at a loss on how to improve anticipate. I've tried spamming changes to it and didn't get anything, and tried to see if I can get it to go up in combat, or when it fires for me, but haven't had a single improve on it yet. It is quite difficult to use it on the fly because I fail to set it so many times since it is still 75 after many hours of use.

Not sure if I am just overlooking a good way to work on it, but wanted to see if there was something wrong with how improve chances on it might be messed up since it is so unique.
