So I somehow conjured a blazing archon that was running the luminous archon prog.

40 hp average heals... at first i thought for some strange reason my devil aura was causing a 60% reduction in healing.

Note the lack of fly, all archons but luminous archons also keep up fly.

ok without the aura it is 50 which is exactly the normal luminous rate for me. Is this just something that can happen sometimes or is it a bug?

Generally, a servitor that's not happy with you refrains from giving you its best juice. So, yeah, a blazing can be luminous-like in that condition in terms of what it casts.
