Does this edge work with garotte? I noticed it doesn't list that particular skill when it lists all the other ones in the "see also" list. I know the edge is only a little help, but so far garotte has always worked, where other ones have had a least a little bit of failure. Maybe garotte was left out of the things that trigger the edge by mistake?
