He is a member of the thieves' guild.
He is specialized in spears and staffs.
You could kill a felar bandit with your little finger.
A felar bandit is about the same size you are.
He grins evilly with you.

A felar bandit swings a gleaming shaft of pure ice backhand across his body in a wide arc, hitting you!
A felar bandit's crescent slash injures you.

A felar bandit's leveraged kick hits you.
You are sent sprawling backwards!
Seizing upon your moment of weakness, a felar bandit brutally kicks you while you're down!
