#17502, "Special guards and transmuter spells"


          

Could there be some kind of notrust or incorrectly-modified save issue for special guards concerning transmuter spells? I just find them really difficult to enhance with transmuter spells of any kind, and have heard the same from other transmuters in the spire.

For my own guards I frequently have to cast metabolic quickening and accelerate 4-5 times before one will stick. For higher level guards, forget it... I can cast these spells 20+ times without a success. It's not uncommon for me to use all my mana in a raid situation just trying to cast quickening on a couple of guards.

Specifically they have to have trust cabal on, and trust all off.

Turn trust all on, and everything works fine.
