Expected: I thought when I got better at a skill the 'You have gotten better at' part would be a different color. A bright white if I remember correctly.

Actual: There is no longer a color change.

Steps to Reproduce: Get better at something.

Syntax: color
color <affects|basic|exits|improves|objects|roomnames>
color <all|off>

Basic : ON - Basic set of highlights (Damage, speech, etc)
Affects : ON - Highlight when affects drop
Exits : ON - Highlight room exits
Improves : ON - Highlight skill & spell improvements
Objects : ON - Highlight flags on objects
Roomnames : ON - Highlight room names based on terrain
