#1723, "wands you can't use on yourself"


          

there are wands of dispel magic that you cannot use on yourself. No echo happens when you zap yourself. No charges get used.

Yet dispel magic is one of those spells like slow, that you might want to cast on yourself, if for some reason you can't cast cancellation (like if you are deaf).

Possible to fix? Or not broken in your opinion?

Wand is golden wand from dragon tower, but please edit this line out.
