Revision of a less clear bug post, thinking wild-xxx metamorph did this:

Expected: Works even while in form, without reverting and re-shaping to consume a new herb set.

Actual: Does not reduce shapeshifting burnt-herb timer if you consume one -while- shapeshifted. This happens on the tick when the shapeshifting time of your previous herb runs out while you're still in form. Gives you the standard echo, but the burnt-out timer is much longer.

The code is there to reduce the burnt-herb while shifted...got a log?
