I haven't had an assassinate skill improvement in 15 assassinates of 11 different people. Was there a change to the amount of improvement you're able to get in a certain time period? Or was there any change at all, if yes..what was it?

You can't improve from spam killing the same person.

Other than that, no recent changes.
