Not sure if these are by design but if your in tribunal and attack a Fortress member with a flaming weapon and your not evil it still has that funky effect, I'm wondering if this is by design even though your not evil and doing what a tribunal should do and get a criminal, secondly what about fortress members abusing their powers with spells like immolate from warlocks is that just something along the lines of a justicar or sylvan using beastcall or guardcall to get a piece of gear and dealt with ic if an imm catches him?

If you're not good, yes it will have that funky effect by design.

This isn't even possible. The power was specifically designed so that it couldn't be abused as such.
