This form is broken. I can post a log but it's pretty self-explanatory.

Once you get the form you can't shift into it via the spell or skill. 'shape snow' doesn't work nor does 'shape badger' nor 'shape 'snow badger'' or any variant thereof including the spell. It's as if you never actually learned it, but it's in my forms list.
