Ice devil's vampiric touch healing master is reduced by A/B/S, although it's a different kind of healing than positive healing. Necromancer vampiric touch is not affected by A/B/S.

Pretty recently even, that vamp touch and energy drain healed all the damage it did, even if you had abs up.
It was affected by the target having abs, but not the caster.

Nope, but it is affected to a lesser degree than other types of healing.
