Expected: Brief skill turns off when you run and on when you stop.

Actual: I coudln't determine the circumstances, but sometimes brief does not turn back on after you finish running.

Brief won't turn back on if your run is interupted. This also happens with sprint.

As in you type run east and you get attacked by a mob after four steps. If that happens full descriptions won't reactivate.
