The construct in front of the Order guild on the northwest side of the consortium is not preventing me from entering. The construct on the northeast side (Chaos guild) does prevent me from entering. I suppose it may not be a real guildguard, but it might be worth checking out. No log, but it's easy enough to reproduce.
