Noticed this when Munro accidentally reduced me. I can still hold on to my two handed weapons like I was still giant sized, but only when I try to switch them it tells me I can't wield another weapon with that weapon or something. So a giant can wield two handed weapons reduce and still hold on to those weapons and bash down a gnome sized person once he doesn't switch weapons while he is reduced.
