I don't think this spell actually works. According to someone I fought, they yelled but didn't take any damage from it. This is similiar to my past experiences with this spell. It doesn't show you whether or not you hurt the person unless you're in the same room, so I figured it was just weak (it wouldn't kill people who were convulsing). Now I'm beginning to think it just doesn't do anything at all.
