The shifters in the mists before Thar-Acacia don't have acute vision (since they can be ambushed) but do prog_attack when a camo'd person creeps into their room. Also, they seem to spontaneously prog_attack a camo'd person who just remains stationary. They only attack on entry when they're not already tracking someone.
