Is it possible that the requirements for this edge are bugged? Until recently, I had a truckload of edge points and 100% assassinate. Given that Nep said Kotegaeshi adept was the most expensive, and that the only requirement for exploit vuln was assassinate %, I think it may be buggy.

There is more required for Vuln than assassinate.
