We fixed the underlying cause of the problem (your skill was being checked for Skin of the Displacer Beast), but for some characters, their skill for Skin got permanently overwritten as 0% with no record of your previous skill. Send up a pray, and if someone high enough level to change skill levels is around, it should take them one line of typing to fix you. They have no way to know what your previous skill level was, and will probably just pick a number that sounds reasonable given the number of hours you've been in Outlander.
