Let me preface this by saying that I may be smoking purple crack, but....

Damnation seems to land less often (on the first attempt) now that I have the "Voice of Condemnation" edge. I could understand the success rate decreasing for successive damns, which is why I thought this worth posting. Maybe someone accidentally made it so this decreased success rate also applies to the "first damn"?

If not, forget I said anything.

Looking at the code Voice of Condemnation does absolutely nothing regarding success rate.
