Along with my other post about cacophonous clamour not working in combat.. I also find something strange about the 'Raucous Racket' edge. This may be by design, but I thought I'd post this to make sure.

If it deafens or not, the target does not consider it offensive. With cacophonous clamour this has always been the case, but for something that actually puts the 'deafen' affect on said target, it seems rather odd to not piss them off. Thanks for taking a look.
