It's hard to tell if this one is a bug or not. But if someone else uses bioempathy on an enemy, and then you come in and use it, you get the same echo "A natural glow sweeps over." If it is reseting the timer for the bioempathy, then that looks good, but I don't think it is. It sortof counterpart, trepidation, you get an echo that they are already have trepidation.
