You also notice he is tattooed with the mark of three snakes entwining three lightning bolts. The giant has fiery red hair and beard. He glares in your direction then returns his focus to the chains.
Garcalok is in perfect health.

NPCs are often described with incidental clothing, etc. I don't see us going and adding tons of objects to account for everything mentioned in a description.
