I know it's posted out there somewhere, but here it is again!

Days EST... like 10am to 5pm or so, weekdays. I'll be too busy to actually do an interview on and off throughout that time, but I can usually note your pray and watch you at least.

Weekends and evenings are really hard to say. While the summer persists, at least, my weekend times are likely to be few and very random. I'm never on later then midnight or so on weekdays, but I usually make an appearance before that at least.
