You probably know who I am (Guest) (Guest)Sun 08-Apr-01 02:13 AM

#20, "Various questions regarding entrance to the Maran"

Just a few questions:

1) I have no role, well, I have and play a role, but due to the fact that I am working to word it JUST how I'd like it and develop it precisely to how it fits me (that and there are certain things I would not feel comfortable about putting in it until close to hero rank, because I want it to evolve like a story in one fluid entry), well anyhow, for now I have no role, how much time will this add to my entry/viewed time and do you even admit people who RP but have no written role?

2) What has been going on with Leika and Garenth? Back with my last few characters finding them has been quite easily done, however I have not seen them on for a while, let alone gotten a chance to speak with them.

3) How long do you usually watch a character before speaking with them? I play a ton, and I prolly catch you at least a few times a weak based on your posted schedule, but I still have been waiting around 90+ hours.

4) How many people are on the current waiting list?

5) I am probably disliked up there, because of several bad luck and bug encounters that I have chosen with poor taste to annoy the Imms with, does this carry over onto my char? I try to be fairly sociable, but I believe one night when a particular encounter with bad luck cost me to lose several extremely hard to obtain items, I blew up rather indignantly. Aside from an apology, how are people like me who have made a mistake such as I did treated? Are they looked at through a jaded glass or do the Imms pretty much understand?

6) Lastly what would be the absolute best way to obtain an interview? I have written a note, I have played my role consistantly, Pk'd and ranked as usual while occasionally stepping into the temple once in a while or sending up a random prayer, is there any better way that I can make myself known?

7) On a similar note, how does one obtain quests? I have tried to RP with just about every Imm that has been visible, RP'd with everyone I meet, joined raids and defends when possible. Are quests generally only given at hero rank, or is it just that I should have my role placed before such an opportunity would be viewed seriously?

Thanks for any replies.
