I apologize if this is in the wrong forum, or any forum for that matter, but I was confused and couldn't really ask anyone in game.

Using one of the powers and getting "You will gain nothing by something Someone with the Phoenix." for some evil-aligned PCs has left me a bit confused. If this inappropriate discussion I'm sorry, but just thought I'd ask for any clarification.

The person is already vulnerable to what you are going to make them vulnerable to, using that power.

It would be like casting "vulnerable to fire" on a felar. Already is.
