What I've been wondering for some time is for squires and such going out and pk'ing "fighting" the forces of evil tooth and nail. Yet they have healers gate to them and sanc, lifeshield, and rejuvanate them. Right there it isn't exactly an even playing field, especially if your uncaballed, even more aggravating when your not even evil. What I'm wondering is if you look into that for promotions from squires and such. Just something thats really been getting my goat when you have a supp'd up maran coming after you with his pet healer at his side.

Are you asking how I promote people, or are you complaining because someone killed you?

If it's the first, I look at a lot of things before promoting people, most people would be shocked to learn that pk skill and pk count isn't something I look at that closely when promoting people. I'm not going to go into everything I look for, because ultimately it just comes down to 'I know it when I see it'.

If it's the second thing that you're posting about, uhm...I'm sorry? Want some milk and cookies?

What is wrong with what you describe? Squires are maran wannabes, and marans are all about going out and squashing evil like a bug.

If you are saying you are neutral, ok, maybe you got a beef. But are you honestly complaining that a squire or maran is coming after you and using every possible benefit they can to make sure they win?

Dam right I am I was neut and being Multi-killed by the same lowbie shaman/hero healer combo gets real frustrating. Honestly cause at later ranks they complain about ganging as well. Another thing that has allways gotten me a little peeved is the paladin code. granted when I was in Maran the basic idea was sacrifice even yourself to save the world against evil it's just a 'little' frustrating thats all.

when you say "they complain about ganging", it makes me wonder if you ganged them. They might view an attack upon them as evil and therefore treat you as evil.

Nope gangs happened at a later date. They struck first at lower ranks so I lvl'd up and some people asked me to group, he pulled the same crap coming with the pet healer and he died. Blamed me for ganging and the healer for not getting the "job" done. I responded I didn't start it. This isn't assassination either I'm leaving names out but I'm wondering if an eye is kept out for this thats all.
