Q: I just wanted to know when you're online now-a-days.

A: It varies a lot these days, but generally between 11:00pm and 2:00am EST I'm online. As for being online when that horrible ball of fire known as Yellow Face hangs perilously in the sky, there's a decent chance of me being online around 2:00pm-4:00pm EST...however it's a gamble. I know that's not too big of a window to catch me, but keep in mind these are just times that I can generally garuntee I'm around, I'm off an on all through the day and night.

Q: Also, I'd like to know if it is harder for priests to get in

A: Uhm, pretty much if you understand the whole Brigade philosophy...and you will be quizzed on it from just about any angle Leika, Garenth or I can think of.

Q: Do they need to be empowered before they get in? Does it neccesarily have to be you that empowers the priest?

A: Empowerment is pretty big, so I'd have to say yes to that. Keep in mind it's very rare that someone makes it into MARAN before level 20-25...so by that time you really should be empowered.
In no way do you have to be a priest of Shokai to be part of MARAN, this is one of the reasons the 'full name' of the cabal is the Holy Brigade of the Phoenix, and also why Leika was brought into the cabal to help Garenth and I out...it's something of a reminder that any priest of similiar beliefs can join. Now as to what I mean by similiar beliefs, I mean that priest of deities like Selric, Mynawk, Nol, etc...would find a lot of things that clash with the beliefs of thier patron/matron deity. I won't flat out say that none of these things could be done, however I'd say the chances of them being pulled of successfully is about as rare as a successful Scarab paladin.
