What if shifters in cat form could benefit from pack sense like two or more felars?

This is something I've been kicking around since I created form families. I took a quick look at the code for pack sense, and it will be a bit of work to get it done, but shouldn't be too bad. So long, and thanks for all the fish!

Feline shapeshifter forms now all have pack sense and it works with other feline forms and felars. Felars also benefit from fighting alongside feline forms.
So long, and thanks for all the fish!

But pack sense fires even with no other felines while in feline form

I might have posted this already and it's in the queue but I can't remember so I'll post again. Apologize if it's a double post.
And haven't had the chance to test as I haven't grouped with any felines since is that it gave -dam, -hit, and -morale instead of +
