Make it so that true sight doesn't hurt ghosts.
As of right now true sight causes damage to applicants, and members of the cabal if they don't have the head or the veil is too thin. This is absolutely fine and inline with everything else in the game except that it hits ghosts.
If there are any other cabal powers that cause damage under certain circumstances make those not affect ghosts either? (True sight is the only one I can think of right now).
