Lower the xp penalties for elves to 350, 250, 350. They are "better" than the lower xp penalty races in some ways (and I know the xp penalty is meant to limit the population of certain races organically, too) but they are not worth the same, in a gameplay sense, as a giant, or even a artificially limited race like mino.

The elves have some great inherents, but are crippled at every level by the lowest hp and a very easily exploitable vuln. And that's great! As a serial elf player I love the challenge. It just seems fair(?) that they should at least have a good pk range to play with.

To take one example, an elf paladin is, imho, the strongest of the bunch. I don't see why they should have a better exp penalty, and that's as someone who tends to play elves and drow.

Elf warriors are also pretty deadly, with a bit of dam redux to protect them from that giant flurry.
