Allow Guards to rescue while in form as a shapeshifter. Typing "o all rescue" and getting the echo, that the guards don't understand you is a little annoying. If they are able to, and this is simply a phraseology issue or a need for a target then, at least, an echo saying they don't understand who to rescue would be nice.
I figured this would fit due to the gestures allowed for manacles, etc.
Even if my Zulg-mas wish doesn't come true, at least it was read..
