so that we can make aliases for the specific resistance, rather than having to type ALL of it out.

Syntax: commune 'aegis' <type> <target>

<type> can be: fire, cold (Level 12+), lightning (Level 14+),
mental (Level 16+), acid (Level 16+), negative (Level 20+)

This commune grants a single recipient temporary protection from one of six
possible types of harm. The healer must be of at least a minimum level to
commune certain forms of this. A given recipient may have any or all of the
different forms of Aegis, though only one of each type at a time. If a target
is not specified, it will default to the communer.

Every mud client I've seen would allow you to make an alias even in this instance (something like alias fire = commune aegis %1 fire). Regardless, I've made the requested update.

aegis default does not always target the caster...it sometimes targets someone completely random, even monsters.
