Can we get a button in the arena that lets us fight sooner when both of us push it in our respective waiting rooms? It's a pain not knowing exactly how long its going to take if you need to cast spells, etc. before you fight.

I made it so you know how long it's going to take...you get a countdown echo every ~6 seconds. The waiting time is ~110 seconds, which should be enough to fully prepare for any class.
