#93, "Tone down dagger spec bleeding."

With all the changes to dagger specs. I don't feel the three different types of bleeding is needed anymore. Losing 200hps a round just isn't cool. I'll admit this was more of a problem at mid-low levels than hero range.

Make the damage scale with the armor level for that slot (or just armor class in general). Make this apply to all bleeding effects, not just daggers. Dragon chomp on your arm? Should bleed for less damage when wearing those thick-arse steel vambraces. Got nothing but some cloth leggings? Hamstring, max bleeding damage. Impale? Yah, you'll stick it through my chest but heck if you run it all the way through my adamantite breastplate.

I think that if a dragon is chomping you, your armor really doesn't make that much of a difference. Personally I don't want to begin the slide down this slippery slope because you are mentioning dagger skills, but the reality is it could end up affecting every physical skill in the game. If Team Make-Armor-Consistent-And-Useful wants to pick up this ball, more power to them.

So long, and thanks for all the fish!

Same thing, just with Gates of the Forge. Then maybe people would choose it again.

But long term or circular is well-understood

People mostly haven't been choosing Gates, but it's just out of vogue.

People who think it isn't good now are dirty, dirty crack whores.
