First off, thanks for all the hard work you put into CF Zulg.
Ranger Hunters.
A warrior specializes in his weapons at level 20, but still has use of them at level 1. A Hunter specializes in using a bow, but doesn't recieve the knowledge to use it till level 15. Perhaps it could be lowered?
Secondly, a bow can be fashioned from wood just like a spear or staff could be. I would think a hunter could make his own bow while sacrificing the knowledge of making a staff or spear.
