#58, "Display available edges in descending cost"

I know it's desired to have some mystery as to how much edges cost and showing points would be out of the question, but I think it would be a nice boon, and not destroy the concept, to sort the available edge list by cost in edge points.

Could you make the output of discuss wait for a return ("hit return to continue") when it exceeds the SCROLL setting? Thanks!
