Give poison based forms a bit of damn reduction against poison attacks (like most mobs get, if not immunity).
Forms with damn redux cause of hides should get some blunt resist?
mainly along those lines..
Oh yeah, and give my next shapeshifter a giant five-headed dragon questform that can insta kill five headed pkers by biting all five heads off?
