Overall, a skill that loses its use as early as level 15. It first has a save versus lethargy. Then it works only on the very next hit, regardless of hit/miss whatever. Versus opponents who are often warrior-like, with multiple attacks and while ranking (usually with a good tank, that will defend often) it seems not only like a waste of mana but time.
How about making it so it drains the next successful attack? Or makes a round of attacks less hitty?
