I have a current char 80 hrs old that has pledged to a cabal. There is currently no direct mortal leader available and I have had two recommendations. Should I stick it out or assume that imms for some reason don't wish me to gain entry? I have had several chars previously gained entry through imms but it has never taken anywhere near this long.

Each cabal is overseen by its leader(s) and its patron imm(s).

They're not all equally easy to enter, equally available, etc.

But if you're feeling lost, I'd send a note to the cabal's imm.
