How do you go about doing a Character with a unique race/class?

Do you need to contact an immortal or is it possible to get your race changed after creation?

The best way is to contact an immortals via email at first...
You will need a good reasons to play unique PC: its role, some ideas for stats, skills maybe...
You must prove that your unique PC will be fun for others, not for you only...
Unique PC is a lot of work (hard coding especially)...so it's a good idea if some imms will be interested in your PC as well as yourself...
