I am curious if the lag from this skill is size based? I've not been able to lag my enemies more than a single round when I get the stunned echo. Thanks for the help.

First, sorry about asking when I could have just searched. So my next question would be, what determines if one gets the more lagging echo or not? Is it mainly skill %, Strength, or something else?
