Im just wondering...Ive just delivered the chocolate cake to Dorothy and accepted the next quest...the only thing is I completely forgot what to say to the hobbit...and what Im wondering is if I can rerequest the quest or am I completely out of luck?

Most of that should appear in your 'quest' command log. Try typing 'quest' and see what it says in there.

Other than that, ask around IC - Dorothy makes a lot of cakes and I'm sure other adventurers have been in the same boat you are!
