Well people cant say no unless I ask so here goes.

I need a website. I need a nice website that will have a forum for my community, and links to other sources of information, and a few pretty bells and whistles for my real estate career. Sadly two things are holding me back from this website.

1) I dont have a frigging clue how to make it though I am technically savy
2) I am just returning to real estate after a seperation/divorce/custody battle so I am poor.

Is there anyone out there that might be able to help me with time/knowledge/design .... well damn well anything I need to get this thing off the ground? I have the ideas, just no knowledge on how to implement them.

...but depending on your definition of "poor" we probably wouldn't be the place for you. We HAVE done a site for as little as $800. But it was a really super-quickie deal. Most sites we do range $4000+.
