I shouldn't have entered that contest. I felt broken after that.

That being said I loved this character so I just decided to explore and polish up on a few areas. This was my second Hero.

I'm not going to respond to flames. Sorry. I know I wasn't brave. I know I was bossy. I know I was arrogant. "I was playing the why say it in one word when 10 will do role!" I know I was playing both sides of the coin with Outlander and Tribunal but everything that happened with this character was a part of the natural evolution of 200 hours of Character life and not some uber secret spy role like people thought.

Tallanalas was loyal to Darsylon first, High Elves second, the occasional wood-elf third and a smattering of humans and Halfies. I admit to being thankful to every dwarf that came my way because every last one of you was cool and helpful.

I have no clue as to what made my legacies work to their best.

I was trying to make a Reposte/Swift Strike/Flow of Shadow/whirlwind rapid fire machine.

It didn't work.

Even prepped and religeously below half weight I was getting hosed.

Maethron: I just didn't like the way you seemed to accept any complaint against a fellow magistrate at face value. And your copious use of insulting emotes caused me to re-direct my role and bail. Your interpretation of rank was the last straw and the rest is history. But you're a solid character.

Nuloh... What ever man. What blanking ever... I thought you were the #### until you tried to assassinate me.

Palmer ... damn it man. You only ever got the jump on me once, but I ####ed up every time we scrapped. I don't know how to deal with Maladicts at all. I get them and I run.

All the druids.... same as Palmer. If you landed a thornheart I left. I asked a hundred different ways how to deal with you guys and all I ever gots was wield wooden weapons! =) I would just get maladicted down and those damn animals would catch me fleeing everytime! So I ran!

Assassins... I ran... if you had the drop. Or in Alarith's case... He dropped me... twice.

Necro's, unless I had the drop, I was gone. I have no idea how to fight them.

I think I won 3 PK's the entire time I was alive!

I have about a mile of logs of me losing and running that I went back over and studied. Ask and I might have it.

This character was such a learning experience that I don't think I can look at this game the same way!

Did you know it was me?

After seeing a handful of your deaths I managed to put it together. When you're upset (either about dying or something else) your RP cracks enough to let the player shine through and be recognized.

When you weren't pissed off about something or arguing with someone, the RP on this character was pretty great. That kind of performance anyone could be proud of -- you just need to smooth out the OOC-rage-creeping-through bits, they're really all that's holding you back from the RP A-list, such as it is.

I agreed with Cyradia about the role, btw. Neat idea, but formatting-wise really hard to read.

I spazzed a few times in the beginning, but latter on (After 30?) I really got into him and for what ever reasons my deaths didn't affect me so much.

A lot of interactions after a PK were an attempt for me to figure out what went wrong, since I've never been the consumate hero-maker.

I'm ####ing floored about the role though. Oh well! =) I did lose track of it after a while. It was meant to be a separate story line that would explain Tal through the eyes of another. Never happened.

I routinely hammed stung and hur legged my opponents and even against giants I never hit more than 5 attacks.

I brought this up on the other board and people were saying that it just made your blows land more often so you were more likely to see all five strikes hit.

I have a thousand feet of script that doesn't show more than 5 attacks in a round.

I kept my Dex buffed to so even a stong maladict rarely dropped me below 23.

Can anyone produce a log of Whirlwind doling out extra attacks?

I just don't think dexterity has the affect on whirlwind of steel people assume it does.

Dex is a factor, but it's not the only factor.

I found that I have to also have my hit roll up there. If you geared for dam roll you would not see much of a difference, at least whenever my hit roll dropped Whirlwind of Steel seemed to slow down dramatically.

Also I think there may have been a comparison on weapon type version armor of the opponent. Not sure. Sometimes I would seem to be missing a lot with weapon A then switch to B and walla up went the number of times I connected.

Just a couple of things to think about. Whether these are true contributors or I am sniffing glue, who knows? Maybe Neppy will give us some more insight?

I came after you a couple times prepped, but my preps fell or you got the jump on me and they fell so I split.

My specialty is escape, not sealing kills on protected A-P's with the capacity to OBLIT me. I wouldn't fight anyone under those conditions. I don't care what they want, it's all about me.

When I killed you, and I did the math off the Logs, you had about 500-600 HP left as you were Gushing.

I hamstrung you, crippled your dex and let my legacies do the rest.

I took a few things, stood over your corpse when I was nearly dead and out of moves myself.

Nor did I ever claim I got you under more than ideal conditions.

I had followed hoping to get You, ragbo (SP?), Vessit or Dynli (Sp?) an even perhaps Martini, in all the confusion.

No one from Darsylon is uneducable and your retirement from Tribunal shortly after our brief fight & lengthy conversation I touted as a personal success story, even knowing his stated motivations. Tallanalas's actions thereafter demonstrated that he wasn't an extension of the Empire with the ability to mask his red aura, and had you stuck around I had hopes for your future.

In the game I saw nothing but consistent roleplay, and I expect we'll see many quality characters from you in the years to come.

And the second when you passed me up at Tabershaws. I was near death and felt your eyes on me.

And after I left and helped you hero, I was toying with the idea of moving to join outlander.

The problem I have though is I like coins too much, and outlander wouldn't have gone well with what I had hoped to do with the character.

Thanks for the fight at the end, I've wanted a piece of you since I first got into tribunal and it was very fulfilling to get a chance to before you deleted.

It sucked that the last time we met would be like that. I wasn't around to see what everybody was complaining about you, so I didn't really care about those. From what I saw, I thought you were a nice char, although it's natural that people would complain because your leaving tribunal note sounded like you're defecting to the Outlanders.

I've had a dozen Tribs two with you around easy. But this time around I couldn't stand it and left.

I was never treated poorly by an outlander even as a Trib. Why would I remain? =)
