Decided to play a character after 14 years due to the extra time caused by covid19. I am surprised that I still remember quite a number of things in this game. That only shows the impact this game has in my life. In comparison to what it was 14 years ago, I think leveling and skill mastering is extremely easy. I think to a point where players keep creating characters and ditching them for the next creation. Players hardly ever age-die / con-die these days as compared to what it was 14 years ago. I think the players have grown up beyond the full loot/sacrifice situation as compared to the past, which is a really awesome gamemanship. I am proud to say that I have never looted anything, not even coins. But I did take what was taken from me previously, namely a shield and thurible, that was about it, and that was the only time.
But all good things have to come to an end. With covid19 settling down, life starts to get busy again. I initially plan to age-die this character, but it doesn't seem that I have enough time to reach that stage. Thus I decided to delete the character instead of hoarding a leadership position.

Padwei - Thank you for everything, you're really easy to work with, very straight forward and objective.
Ergush - The Imm that I spent the most time with other than Einoh. I can't say enough of thank you to you for teaching a non-follower. You're great and fun.
Fortress Team:
Chetush - You're the one and only character Laurandt is ever closest with. With you gone, there is a certain barrier that Laurandt build up in order not to be so close to anyone anymore. That said, while I just started coming back to the game after 14 years, you have made it really easy for me to adept back to the gameplay and mechanism.
Devrena, Merahaid, Deiramor, Thiga, Theorendus, Ajanfindel , Ahdiedja, Kruissina, Xalic, Relfina, Aynwinria - I had a great time exploring, roleplaying, its was all great. Thank you. I am definitely not the best pk buddy to bring along thus I am sorry that we lost alot of pks due to my lapse.
There are alot more Fortress folks, but folks just don't really log on often enough.

Great team and clearly with experienced players.

I really must say, you were amazing all around. One of the best healers i have ever seen, and even if you say you were out for 14 years, you are still amazing at the game.

Thanks for being an awesome mentor to me. You really helped me explore a lot of things about my own character and beliefs. You will sorely missed. Though I bet you'd probably age die in 50 or so hours. I didn't realize you were so old! Thanks for the fun.
