Faltarn the Maran, Blade of the Fortress

Description

There is a tall giant with a green hair standing
before you. All his body and face are covered
by terrible scars. His firmly built torso would
arouse envy in every mature fighter and his
muscular arms seem to be able to squeeze rocks.
A massive head, narrow green eyes with a glint
of cunning, broken nose create elusive feeling
of a very cruel and grim person. That is somewhat
typical for individuals whose lifestyle and ideals
will never change.

Chapter 1


The awakening.
Added Tue Oct 4 12:28:57 2005 at level 51:

Faltarn has been sleeping inside of small cave in the deepth
of the Aryth Ocean for couple centures. That was wish of his
Lord, Ordasen. The White bear told him that there is no need
in Faltarn's swords, swords of one of the best warriors. But
when the time comes the white bear will call for Faltarn.

One day or one night, or one year?! Who can be sure in it when
you are in deepth of ocean. On night or day?! Pain has came
inside of Faltarn's body. Faltarn has been never cared about
pain before this awakening, was surpised. That was feeling like
his body is beated to pulp but the worse was when he took sword
in his hand and... He didn't remember a thing about how to use it.
"Alright, I will take care of it later but what awakes me? I
don't see white bear here around but.. wait a minute there are
a lot of blood in the water". And Faltarn went out of his cave.

First thing, Faltarn saw, were five humanoids with symbols of
of Empire at their cloths. They were cutting bodies of children
and women of storm race. Without single word Faltarn attacked
them. Hatred against Imperials and abhorrence of what they have
done, made his insane. When memory and ability to see anything
around retured to him, he saw corpses of imperials all around.

Faltarn gave word to clean this worlds from any signs of Empire.
But first of all he had to learn and train his body once again
so he could become deadly as he was long time ago.

One thing was wondering Faltarn. Where is white bear? Why he was
not near when Faltarn awakened? Why Faltarn didn't hear his call?
Perhaps white bear forgot about Faltarn or just testing him?
