Cipp the Grand Master of Changelings, Imperial Citizen

Description

Before you is a frail, stern looking man, standing at around six feet in
height. He has a slender, yet athletic looking build, hidden beneath long,
loose fitting robes of dark, soft looking cloth. A set of long, spindly
fingers absentmindedly fiddle with a myriad of wands strapped to his girdle -
an assortment made of all sorts of strange designs and materials. A pair of
pitch black eyes look at you coldly from beneath an expressionless face that
is partially covered by a light brown beard and long, shaggy hair. Strangely,
this man seems to be in a constant state of motion, as his flesh seems to
vibrate and sporadically bends and twists as you look closer.
