. him from the defilement, the power, the pleasure in killing. It is his purpose
. to lead souls to the river, but for the washing, and the betterment of the new cycle.

. Somewhat coming out of his hermit shell, a vague friend or two on the way
. have been found but Croder is still very much more Khar-Zhur than elf, and
. enjoys his alone time in the forests if not more than company of others.

. Having joined into the Outlanders, he is learning that leading ones tainted
. soul to the river is such a primary task, but also sees now these souls that
. are well for Her, keep the cycles balanced, and he has an opportunity to teach.

. Leading these peoples, as his branches peak far above the forests, Croder
. has every intention to grow his roots as firm as the Refuge itself, and mentor
. the saplings and sentinels with his wisdom and example.

Chapter 2

Doused in Her waters, harbinging souls to the
river, Croder is growing into his bark and
branches at a quick pace.

From seedling to sapling, he grows strong and
stern. Stoic and unjudging eyes he sees all
that are tainted, defiling, or a pox to the
very lands that have sprouted his vengeance.

From the waters that have given him life, grow
his body, the same waters will float the souls
of his wrath into the Eddies.

Discovering friendship and belonging for the first
time now, he has heeded the wisdom of Her, and
sets his eyes now to a coven of rebels that are
mostly in tune to his personal charter.

Planting his roots firmly and extending his branches
for all to see, the fruits and leaves he shakes
to the earth to regrow, as he too, shakes the very
souls of the blind, drowning them in the wake
of their misdeeds and giving them another chance
to rise from the waters and become one with the lands.

Role

Chapter 1

Deeply seeded and sewn, the roots of the Khar-Zhur trees have long now embraced her.

Feeling every force and ebb of the lands, the roots across all that is known have
been fed through the washing waters of the cycles, in almost purity.

However...

The waters have clouded, the flora is wilting. Too much has overgrown that refuses to
enter the cycle and stay within the harmony of Her. Out of desperation, anger, wisdom,
and preservation, the Khar-Zhur have released a seedling, a very special seedling.

This is not to grow another tree as much as it is to plant and overgrow the very
pestilence that has caused this in the first place. With the infinite powers of the
cycle of life and death, the very seedling was given sentience, and too an
instinct, a charter. The cycle has been assaulted, warped, defiled. From the
very wounds of Her, arises ah champion to reset the cycle, and regrow the plagues
of the lands into plants and beasts, revering of Her, and too protective of Her.
